A client was arrested for DUI (marijuana intoxication).  The arresting officer observed the defendant smoke a marijuana pipe.  Moreover, that same officer conducted a field sobriety test and determined that the Defendant was under the influence of marijuana.  The Defendant immediately retained the services of Gurovich, Berk & Associates.  After careful examination of the chemical evidence along with the arresting officers observations, the case was voluntarily dismissed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
